Parque 1055

We stopped at Parque 1055 for lunch. This was our first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was wonderful and we were surprised to to have live jazz during our meal. The food was good and fresh. The salad could have more condiments. The short ribs lunch portion was more like an appetizer. It was more on the sweeter side. The dessert, cream brulee was yummy. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we will be back.

I’m so happy I finally got to check out Parque 1055. This restaurant is nestled in the heart of downtown Santa Paula and well worth the trip if visiting from out of town. Fun Fact: It used to be a tire shop! Now it’s transformed into this beautiful spacious restaurant. Indoor and outdoor patio seating is available. Great for bigger parties too. I was quickly welcomed by staff the moment I walked in. They made me feel like part of the family here. Tommy was our waiter and did an excellent job of explaining the cocktails and food. We started with the spicy blood orange margarita & French 1055 cocktails. Perfectly made and refreshing on a warm day. For Apps we chose the Parque Pockets. They are filled with the juiciest braised beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cabbage. Highly recommend these! We also had the mini surf n turf. The sesame ahi tuna was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth, as did the prime filet mignon. Both well executed and delicious. The award winning Pomegranate braised short ribs are a must order! Little bites of succulent short ribs over creamy celery root. They literally melt in your mouth. So worthy of the award from Casa Pacifica food & wine festival. The pan roasted Mary’s chicken covered in chimichurri marinade & served with potato arugula salad was the perfect hearty meal. Offered on the dinner menu. For dessert we had the crème brûlée, which also comes with a side of macerated mixed berry jam. Loved the berry topping. The affogato espresso pour over was also perfect! The espresso wasn’t bitter, and the flavor was bold with caramel notes. Absolutely loved it! They also have special tasting events, live bands and more! Hosted an adorable baby shower here today. Heather made things so easy. She walked me through suggestions but never made me feel pressured into extra add-ons. Our server Dylan made our meal seamless. Food came out delicious and quickly. Thank you Parque 1055!

Loved the atmosphere! We thought it was not open to the public. In our opinion advertising needs to be made in order to fill the place. 82% of Santa Paula is Hispanic and therefore advertising in Spanish is much needed in order to get more business And if possible, the adding of some Mexican dishes would be recommended. Waiters and manager were very friendly and attentive to our needs. There was a decent amount of choices in the menu. Some bread and butter to start out would be recommended. All in all a very nice experience. Had been seeing this place for the past year and never knew what it was until last night we finally got brave enough to enter. It's a perfect place to go with friends and have a drink and hang out.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant! Robert, Dawn, and the whole Parque staff are absolutely fabulous. We went there tonight for their Martini Club for the first time, and it happened to be my birthday. The staff, especially Dawn, were extra thoughtful and kind. It really helped make my day special. We’ve been going about once a month since they opened. The food and drinks are always great!

I didn't know anything about this place, but now I do and it's wonderful! Amazing clam chowder made to order with a little island centerpiece of clamshells in the middle. Truly scrumptious blackened brussels sprouts with dates. My photo of the purple concoction was called a Magic Lemonade and that was yummy. My citrus salad was fresh and delicious but I'll ask for additional fennel next time! The prices were fairer than average. The interior was roomy and airy, but not cold or too sleeky modern. Roll up doors to the patio were open in the fair weather, and they had a nice jazz trio that took requests. What fun. A new treasured spot. It was a most delightful experience.

Beautifully renovated building with plenty of space, including two dining areas and a comfortable patio area. Each dish wash well prepared, and the cocktails were on point. The service was exceptional, especially considering there were several large groups present at the same time as our party of 9. Fantastic restaurant in one of our favorite cities.

So fun to spend NYE 2025 at Parquet 1055! It’s a beautiful venue and a veritable who’s who of Santa Paula tonight. Love the theme of NYE around the world- about to celebrate NYE Brazil with rum cocktail. I wish the best for all the employees of Parque in 2026!
